Responsibilities

Facilitate structured training sessions through virtual platforms (e.g., video conferencing) and in-person practical hands-on activities

Maintain accurate training and assessment records, ensuring readiness for audits and compliance checks

Design, develop, and refresh training curricula and materials to meet learning outcomes and operational needs

Ensure training areas are kept safe, organised, and fit-for-purpose (classrooms, workshop areas, test bays, office/store areas)

Manage training resources and inventory (equipment, tools, materials, consumables), including stock control and serviceability checks

Track assessment outcomes and implement improvements to support strong participant performance and overall pass rates

Support operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required by the Training Manager

Requirements

Relevant professional qualification (e.g., WSQ ACLP / WSQ ACTA or equivalent Adult Education qualification) is an advantage

Minimum

4 years

of relevant working experience in a construction-related environment

Possess a

SEC(K)

certificate issued by

BCA

Comfortable delivering training in both virtual and on-site formats, including practical demonstrations

Strong planning and organisational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and training logistics

Able to maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant learning environment and handle training equipment responsibly
