Join our new Card Services program as a Trainer and play a key role in shaping high-performing frontline teams. If you’re passionate about simplifying complex financial workflows and driving agent excellence, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead New Hire Training covering product basics, system navigation, and LOB knowledge.
- Deliver upskilling & cross-skilling sessions for tenured agents.
- Build training kits, SOPs, mock scenarios, and assessments with SMEs.
- Oversee Nesting/Hypercare, provide floor support, and coach agents through real cases.
- Track KPIs (FTR, AHT, Quality, CSAT, Attrition) and run TNA/TNI based on performance trends.
- Maintain complete, audit-ready training documentation.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years BPO experience; 2+ years as a Trainer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or related fields.
- Skilled in LMS tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willing to work night shift / rotational schedules.
