Trainer II (Financial Account) - MOA

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in training, financial account.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of the financial industry with an understanding of customer service standards
3. Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and interactive training content
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
5. Proficiency in training delivery methodologies and adult learning principles
6. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training-related software
7. Strong organizational and project management abilities
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
