Job Description

Leaders Training Centre is seeking experienced and knowledgeable Trainers / Instructors to deliver professional training programmes to students, working professionals, and corporate clients.

Training Areas:

• PMP / CAPM: Project Management
• Document Control: Document Control Systems and Procedures
• Train the Trainer (TTT): Training Delivery and Instructional Skills
• Business: Business Management and Professional Development

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, structured, and practical training sessions.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Adapt training methods to suit different learner levels and professional backgrounds.
• Provide guidance and feedback to learners and assess their progress.
• Maintain training records and follow the Centre’s policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge in one or more of the listed training areas.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant professional training experience preferred.
• Experience delivering training to working professionals or corporate clients.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and deliver practical, interactive sessions.
• Professional conduct, punctuality, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
