Trainer (L&D & OD)

About the role

This role involves designing and delivering training programs, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training to support employee development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee skill gaps
• Travel to branches and upcountry locations to conduct training, coaching, and follow-up activities
• Develop and maintain Skill Matrix, Competency Framework, and Individual Development Plans (IDP)
• Support Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including culture, team development, and change management
• Evaluate training effectiveness and learning transfer to the workplace
• Work closely with managers and business units to identify people development needs
• Develop training materials and learning content suitable for different employee groups
• Support HRD, People Development, and OD projects as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, HRD, OD, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in Training, L&D, HRD, or OD
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify skill gaps
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Willing and able to travel to upcountry locations
