Trainer - L&D

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Trainer to identify training needs, develop training content, deliver learning programs, and enhance employee performance in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for Head Office Sales and other departments.
• Develop and implement training calendars aligned with business goals.
• Create, review, and update training content and manuals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse feedback, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Teams, Regional and Central L&D teams.
• Maintain training records, feedback, and MIS.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external training vendors.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve role readiness, performance, and career development.

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate degree from a recognized university or institution.
• MBA or Masters degree completed or pursuing.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
