Trainer – Learning & Development

We are looking for a high-ownership Trainer – Learning & Development to design, execute, and scale impactful learning experiences across the organization.

This is a leadership-facing role where you will work closely with CXO-level leaders, coordinate CEO-led learning sessions, and translate ideas from books, research, and leadership thinking into practical, engaging learning journeys.

What You’ll Own:

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of organization-wide learning and development programs.
• Design structured learning journeys based on books, research, leadership frameworks, and organizational priorities.
• Convert complex ideas into practical, engaging, and easy-to-apply learning experiences.
• Create high-quality, plug-and-play PPT decks, facilitator guides, session plans, and other learning content.
• Partner closely with CEO/CXO-level leaders to plan and execute leadership-led learning sessions.
• Own session flow, content preparation, speaker readiness, logistics, and post-session follow-ups.
• Experiment with different learning formats including workshops, roundtables, masterclasses, discussions, and experiential sessions.
• Drive participation and engagement across learning programs.
• Track program effectiveness and continuously improve content, delivery, and learner experience.
• Work cross-functionally with business and leadership teams to identify learning needs and build relevant interventions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, instructional design, facilitation, or a related role.
• Strong ability to structure content and tell compelling stories through presentations.
• Excellent PPT and presentation-building skills with a strong eye for detail and visual quality.
• Experience working with senior leaders, business heads, or leadership teams.
• Strong program management and execution skills.
• Ability to independently take an idea from concept to execution.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Curiosity to learn from books, research, business thinking, and leadership frameworks and translate them into practical learning.
• High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
