Position: Trainer - Machine Shop

Location: Kothur Plant - Hyderabad

Education: BE preferred (Mechanical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Telugu is preferred.
• Presentable with motivational and encouraging training skills.
• Good knowledge of Machine Shop is required in CNC machines like VMC, HMC, VTL, HBM etc
• Foundry, Casting, Fettling and Machining process knowledge is desirable.
• Developing robust technical training material and ensure employee adherence to the same.
• Assist in recruitment processes to interview candidates on technical skills & knowledge.
• Plan, schedule, train various departments with stakeholder coordination to upgrade quality.
• Work closely with the quality team to monitor the impact of training & the tangible benefits.
• Ensure proper and timely planning of training sessions for the new and existing employees.
• Maintain the training & development MIS of all plant operations and sharing it to the HOD.
