Trainer or SME

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training programs for US Banking Operations processes.
• Conduct new hire onboarding, process training, refresher training, and floor support activities.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, process documents, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for banking operations, resolving process-related queries.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Management teams to drive process improvements.
• Support knowledge management initiatives and process transitions.
• Prepare training reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
• Mentor team members and facilitate continuous learning within the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in US Banking Operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an SME, Trainer, or Process Trainer.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Payments, Fraud, Lending, Mortgage, or Retail Banking operations.
• Proven experience in classroom and virtual training delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in creating training content, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.
