HOTWORX® Trainer/Sales Associate (TSA) Help People Feel Stronger, Healthier & More Confident

We’re looking for an energetic Trainer/Sales Associate (TSA) to join our HOTWORX team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fitness, thrives in a social environment, and wants to be part of a growing brand.

As a TSA, you’ll be the face of the studio—creating a welcoming experience for members while helping grow our community through sales, service, and local marketing.

What You’ll Do

Member Experience & Sales

• Welcome members and create a positive, energetic studio environment
• Give tours and explain the HOTWORX experience to prospective members
• Follow up with leads and potential members
• Build relationships with members and help them stay motivated
• Sell memberships and meet individual and studio sales goals

Studio Operations

• Open and close the studio according to established procedures
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and looking its best
• Maintain infrared saunas and equipment
• Help ensure members have a safe, enjoyable experience

Social Media & Marketing

• Create fun, engaging content for social media
• Help promote studio events, challenges, and special offers
• Participate in local marketing and community events
• Help generate excitement and awareness around the HOTWORX brand

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to be a fitness expert—but you do need to bring energy, initiative, and a great attitude.

The ideal candidate is:

• Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with people
• Confident and motivated by sales
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using social media and creating basic content
• A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed
• Positive, energetic, and genuinely interested in helping others

Requirements

• Complete required HOTWORX University training and certification
• Maintain current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required

• Flexible part-time scheduling 12-20 hours/week - Staffed hours 11am-8pm Mon-Fri, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm , not staffed Sunday
