Trainer Specialist

📍 Placement: Solo (Central Java)

TAILG Indonesia is a growing company in the electric vehicle industry. We are looking for a proactive and communicative Trainer to support the development of our sales and retail teams in Central Java.

This position will be primarily based in Solo and will focus on supporting TAILG dealers, stores, and retail teams across Central Java. The role will also involve dealer-to-dealer visits when required to conduct training, operational checks, and performance evaluations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and prepare training materials, retail operation materials, presentations, and training reports based on business needs.

2. Conduct training for Sales Counter, Promotors, and Store Staff covering product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling, and basic retail operations.

3. Monitor retail and store operations and identify areas that may affect sales performance or customer experience.

4. Ensure TAILG retail SOP, product presentation, store standards, and visual merchandising are properly implemented at dealers and stores.

5. Support promotional activities, sales events, new store openings, and other retail activities in the Central Java area.

6. Assist in preparing reports regarding training activities, store visits, operational findings, and follow-up actions.

7. Be willing to conduct dealer-to-dealer business trips within Central Java based on business requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major is an advantage.

2. Previous experience in Training, Sales, Retail, Automotive, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or related industries is an advantage.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

4. Able to drive a car and motorcycle (SIM A & SIM C).

5. Willing to conduct dealer/store visits and domestic business trips within Central Java when required.

6. Willing to be primarily based in Solo and understand that the position.
