Trainer - TP Alabang (For Pooling)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team at our Alabang, Muntinlupa City location in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes that ensure our employees are equipped with the knowledge and competencies required to excel in their roles. This position is essential to our commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programmes tailored to meet the specific needs of various departments and employee levels
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions utilising a variety of instructional methods and learning platforms
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback collection, and performance metrics to ensure positive outcomes
• Customise training content to address skill gaps and support employee development objectives
• Maintain detailed training records and documentation to track employee progress and compliance
• Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals
• Develop and maintain training materials, including handbooks, guides, and digital resources
• Conduct refresher sessions and ongoing coaching to reinforce learning and support employee retention
• Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate new training methodologies and technologies
• Support the pooling process by preparing new employees for their assigned roles through targeted induction training

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in training and development, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a professional training capacity
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms
• Ability to develop training content and learning materials across multiple formats
• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated capability to assess training needs and measure programme effectiveness
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements
• Certification in training and development, instructional design, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer service environment is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with video conferencing and collaboration tools
