About the role
We are looking for an experienced Trainer – Voice Campaign to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in delivering training and supporting employees within a voice campaign environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training and support to employees within a voice campaign environment
- Facilitate training sessions and coach employees
About you
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Trainer handling a voice campaign
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions and coaching employees
- Ability to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Relevant BPO training experience is encouraged
