Trainer/Facilitator

About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Trainer /Facilitator.
No prior training experience is required — full training, mentoring, and facilitation guidance will be provided.

Our courses are not limited to craft-based learning.
They include a mix of:

• Creative & hands-on workshops
• SoftSkills & Design Course
• AI, Digital Course

If you enjoy sharing knowledge, engaging people, and learning continuously, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate courses and workshops (physical / classroom-based)
• Deliver lesson content using prepared slides, worksheets, and materials
• Guide learners through hands-on activities or discussions
• Support learners during class and assessments
• Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional learning experience
• Follow training SOPs, course structure, and basic compliance requirements
• Assist in class setup, materials preparation, and basic admin tasks

What We Are Looking For

• No training experience required (fresh graduates / career switchers welcome)
• With ACTA/ACLP is welcome
• Training will be support and sponsor (if without ACTA/ACLP)
• Comfortable speaking in front of small to medium groups
• Willingness to learn and improve facilitation skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and professional and accountable
• Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken & written)
• Interest in education, learning, or people development
