• Learn all aspects of our restaurant operations and demonstrate a high-level of competency through our proven development program
• Assisting Management in coaching a team of 10+
• Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
• Enhance guest experience with attentive service, personalized interactions, and understanding of guests’ needs
• Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis

Background Profile

• Must be 16 or older
• Must be available to work on Saturday Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace- -hustle is a must!
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, coachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
