Training Supervisor – Psychology Internship Program

We are looking for a highly responsible, disciplined, and motivated Training Supervisor to join our training department. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who is serious about building and growing a training program while working with psychology interns.

The role involves student recruitment, sales, teaching, training, course development, and growth of the training department.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and supervise interns through online and onsite internship programs.
• Conduct and manage online training batches.
• Conduct onsite internship training on weekends.
• Communicate with prospective students and convert leads into internship bookings.
• Use the clinic's WhatsApp access to communicate with leads and follow up with potential students.
• Attend university job fairs and career events to promote internship programs.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and information sessions when required.
• Assist in designing and improving psychology training courses and internship programs.
• Contribute ideas and take responsibility for the growth and development of the training department.
• Maintain professional communication with students and ensure a positive learning experience.
• Track student bookings, follow-ups, and training-related activities.

Commission-Based Opportunity

This is a commission-based role.

The Training Supervisor will receive commission based on the students they successfully bring into the internship program. The commission structure will include:

• Commission on successful internship sales/bookings
• Teaching/training commission for the batches conducted
• Teaching commission may vary depending on the number of students/bookings and batches handled

This provides an opportunity for someone who is motivated to increase their earnings through both student recruitment and training delivery.

Training & Development

As part of the role, you will first receive training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) through our CBT internship program.

• Training will be provided without any training charges.
• The selected candidate will receive practical exposure and training before taking on greater training responsibilities.
• A certificate of CBT internship will be provided upon completion/leaving the role, subject to successful completion of the internship requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• Highly responsible, disciplined, and committed.
• Comfortable communicating with students and prospective clients.
• Willing to work toward sales and student recruitment targets.
• Comfortable conducting webinars, workshops, and presentations.
• Willing to attend university job fairs and other promotional activities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Must live near the clinic so that commuting is convenient, particularly for weekend onsite training and other required activities.

Work Structure

• Onsite internship batches: Weekends only.
• Online internship batches: Conducted during the rest of the week.
• Schedule will be coordinated according to training batches, student bookings, and organizational requirements.

Important: Long-Term Commitment

This is not a short-term or casual opportunity.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in growing with the organization and taking long-term responsibility for the training department.

The role requires full commitment, reliability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through. Candidates who are looking only for temporary, part-time, or short-term work are not the right fit.
