Training Admin Officer (Secondment to CLP) (Ref: TO/MSU/2026)

We are looking for some high caliber individual to join us. Reporting to CLP supervisor directly, the appointee will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Work location: Shatin Office

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training to maintain the workforce’s technical competencies in the power industry and to meet the CLP Power business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and workshop training in power system domains (cables, overhead lines, plant equipment);
• Update and improve training materials using AI and new technologies;
• Evaluate trainees, compile learning reports, and handle institute administrative tasks and record maintenance;
• Support international conference execution, including timeline tracking, paper submission logistics, and scheduling;
• Maintain technical knowledge and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Power Engineering + 2 years' relevant experience, OR;
• Ordinary Certificate/Diploma + 4 years' relevant experience;
• Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
• MS Office 365, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities;
• Training delivery experience, AI application knowledge, and multimedia skills (video editing, infographics) would be an advantage.
