- Manage training schedules, attendance records, communications, and related administrative documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to identify training requirements and coordinate learning activities.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of training content on platforms such as SharePoint.
- Support technology initiatives by promoting user engagement, encouraging adoption of business applications, and helping colleagues make effective use of available tools.

The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in training administration, learning and development, IT training, or a similar coordination-focused role.
- Experience organising training sessions, maintaining training records, and preparing learning materials.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, document management systems, and business applications.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- An interest in technology, training, and supporting colleagues in developing their digital skills.
- A professional training or learning and development qualification would be an advantage.
What's on Offer?
- A 12-month contract with a prestigious global law firm.
- Hybrid working role. 3 days office and 2 WFH
- A competitive salary and benefits package.
- The opportunity to support training and development initiatives within a professional, technology-driven environment.
