Training Administrator (Education) @ Paya Lebar

Location: near Paya Lebar MRT

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM - 6:00PM. Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Period: 6 months (subject to extension/conversion)

Salary: $2760/month

Job Scope:

1. Courses payments, billing and documentation

You will support CET courses, which are courses for adult learners and working professionals.

• Assist with collecting course payments and processing billing matters.
• Compile supporting documents for submissions and audits.
• Check that financial and administrative documents are complete and accurate.
• Organise records for reporting and audit purposes.

2. Corporate training (B2B) administration

For courses conducted for corporate clients, you will help ensure the billing is correct.

• Verify course attendance against the relevant records.
• Check attendance details against what has been billed.
• Prepare journal adjustments to correct billing discrepancies for the project.
• Follow up on administrative discrepancies where necessary.

3. Event and roadshow support

• Assist with campus events and roadshows.
• Support event administration and coordination.
• Be prepared to work on weekends when events require it.

4. General administrative support

• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and update information using Microsoft Excel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Strong organization skills, with ability to multitask and work independently

• Customer-oriented mindset with responsiveness to stakeholder needs

• Experience in data analysis and AI tools will be an advantage

• Proven working experience in related areas as described in the job scope preferred
