This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites.

The Training and Capability Specialist coordinates and improves learning and development across the organisation. You are an experienced training and development professional who enjoys turning capability needs into practical, engaging learning solutions. You bring strong skills in training needs analysis, facilitation, learning content development and the use of learning management systems. A natural relationship builder, you work confidently with operational and corporate teams and can manage competing priorities in a safety-critical or regulated environment. You also hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or higher.
