Training & Client Development Executive

• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs, ensuring skill enhancement and product adoption.
• Identify and cultivate new client relationships, expanding market reach and revenue streams through strategic outreach.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand their challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, adapting content to diverse learning styles.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record in training delivery and business development.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and learning management systems (LMS).
