Training & Development Analyst

We are looking for a Training & Development Analyst to join our HR team during an exciting stage of transformation: we are currently building and consolidating our Training & Development model in Mexico.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Learning & Development who enjoys both building and executing — someone who can help us structure, implement and continuously improve processes while ensuring strong day-to-day execution.

The primary focus of this role will be Training, with additional involvement in Internal Communication and Culture initiatives.

What will you be working on?

• Coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support the development and follow-up of the Annual Training Plan.
• Design and manage learning paths, technical academies, knowledge matrices and certification programs.
• Ensure training compliance with Mexican labor regulations (STPS), including documentation, records, evidence and traceability.
• Design learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Develop e-learning, microlearning and digital learning content using authoring tools.
• Manage and contribute to the continuous improvement of the LMS, including learning paths, assignments, assessments, certifications and reporting.
• Develop and analyze Training Analytics, KPIs and dashboards to measure coverage, completion, progress and effectiveness.
• Support the continuous improvement of Onboarding and Induction processes.
• Coordinate training initiatives for both operational and corporate populations across Mexico.
• Work with vendors, instructors, leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate on regional and global projects, maintaining direct interaction with teams in the United States and LATAM.
• Develop internal content and communications to support the launch, understanding and adoption of Training & Development initiatives.
• Contribute to Internal Communication, Culture and Employee Experience initiatives.

A professional with solid experience in Learning & Development / Training, particularly in:

• Training Needs Analysis
• Annual Training Plans
• STPS Compliance
• Instructional Design
• Digital Learning · LMS/LXP
• E-learning
• Training Analytics & KPIs
• Learning Academies & Certifications
• Experience with digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline or equivalent, as well as strong Excel and data analysis skills, is highly valued.
• Experience working with both operational and corporate populations in multi-site environments will be a strong plus.
• English & Spanish proficiency - Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

This role will have direct and frequent interaction with international stakeholders, particularly teams in the United States, and will be expected to independently participate in and lead meetings, deliver presentations, manage project follow-ups, work with documentation and communicate effectively in both languages.
