Training and Development Engineer

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Salary: Php 25,000-30,000 gross (Open Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or training roles
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth
• Background or familiarity with the appliances industry is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement training programs tailored for project teams
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to strengthen team capabilities
• Partner with project managers to assess and address training needs
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure improvement
• Provide mentorship and ongoing support to trainees
• Adjust training approaches to suit different learning styles
• Open to travel for onsite training and project support

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
