Training & Development executive

REQUIREMENTS

• Masters/PG in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in Training & Development / HR preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prepare presentations, training content, and MIS reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training & Development
• Identify training needs and gaps at employee and department levels in coordination with their immediate superior.
• Plan and coordinate the Pathshala calendar, sessions, speakers, resources and activities.
• Develop training content, presentations, assignments, assessments, role-plays and case studies.
• Track attendance, feedback, assessments, and training outcomes, and prepare T&D MIS.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support employee development initiatives and coordinate relevant external courses/certifications and approved reimbursements.
• Stay updated on training trends, tools, and best practices and implement relevant initiatives.
• HR Operations Support
• Support recruitment, screening, interview coordination, joining, compliance, and induction activities.
• Maintain employee records and files.
• Support day-to-day HR activities as required, as instructed by the IS

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
