Training & Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Training & Development Executive to support employee learning, training programs, and professional development initiatives. The candidate will help identify training needs, coordinate programs, track employee participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs across different departments.
• Plan and coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
• Prepare training schedules, materials, presentations, and related documents.
• Coordinate with trainers and department heads to conduct training sessions.
• Maintain employee training records and attendance.
• Collect feedback from employees and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Assist in onboarding and induction training for new employees.
• Support employee skill-development and career-development initiatives.
• Prepare regular training reports and maintain documentation.
• Research new training methods, tools, and learning resources.
• Ensure training activities are aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, training, or employee development.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with employees at different levels.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary

₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
