Training & Development Executive for AI Enablement

We are looking for a Business graduate with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Learning & Development to join our Training & Development team.

The role will support the organization’s AI Enablement and Learning agenda by coordinating AI training programs, supporting learning content development, tracking employee participation and skill development, preparing training analytics, and helping employees understand and adopt AI in their day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive learner who understands business concepts, has strong communication and coordination skills, and is curious about how AI can improve workplace productivity and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Training & Program Coordination

• Coordinate organization-wide AI and Generative AI training programs.
• Prepare training calendars, participant nominations, session schedules, and communications.
• Coordinate with trainers, business leaders, and employees for successful execution of programs.
• Manage virtual, physical, and hybrid learning sessions.
• Track training attendance, completion, assessments, and certifications.

2. AI Learning Content

• Support the development of AI learning materials, presentations, guides, and awareness content.
• Assist in creating learning journeys for different employee groups and business functions.
• Research relevant AI tools, business use cases, and learning resources.
• Support the development of practical AI exercises, case studies, and demonstrations.
• Help simplify AI concepts so they can be understood by non-technical employees.

3. AI Adoption & Employee Enablement

• Support AI awareness and adoption initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate AI knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, challenges, and campaigns.
• Identify common employee learning needs related to AI and Generative AI.
• Collect feedback from employees and managers to improve AI learning programs.
• Support initiatives that encourage employees to apply AI in their everyday work.

4. Training Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of AI training participation and completion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AI learning dashboards and reports.
• Analyze training participation, completion, assessment, and feedback data.
• Track AI learning and certification progress across departments.
• Highlight learning gaps and areas requiring additional interventions.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, managers, trainers, and employees.
• Follow up with stakeholders on nominations, attendance, assessments, and pending learning requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand business learning requirements.
• Support communication and engagement around AI learning initiatives.

6. Learning Operations

• Maintain training records and documentation in the relevant HR/Learning Management System.
• Manage post-training surveys and consolidate participant feedback.
• Ensure timely updating of learning records and dashboards.
• Support the L&D team in the overall execution of training programs.

7. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging Generative AI tools and workplace AI trends.
• Explore new ideas for making AI learning more engaging and practical.
• Identify business-oriented AI use cases that can be converted into learning activities.
• Support the L&D team in integrating AI into organizational learning initiatives.

Educational Qualification

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, Commerce, Economics, or a related business discipline .
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms .
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or data visualization.
• Experience with presentations, content development, or learning projects.
• Familiarity with LMS/HR systems will be an advantage.
• Exposure to AI-based productivity tools will be a plus.
