Training and Development Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver technical training programs for employees across various levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and provide personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze training effectiveness through metrics such as knowledge retention, skill acquisition, and performance improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in Training & Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of competency mapping, LMS administration, and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to design effective technical training programs that drive business results.
