Training & Development Manager

The Training & Development Manager is responsible for driving continuous recruitment and development of real estate professionals including conducting training, providing training materials and implementing development strategies to support their growth and performance, with fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills required.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and perform continuous recruitment activities.
• Conduct training and provide relevant training materials.
• Develop and implement development strategies.
• Analyze recruitment, training and performance data.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop suitable strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Work closely with the sales team to support agent growth and retention.
• Attend recruitment, training and company activities when required.
• Willing to travel

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in real estate is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Possess own transportation.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
