About the Role

Practical Quality Management Systems (PQMS) is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to design, coordinate, and oversee our professional development programs. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role; the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of on-the-job training techniques and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create training materials and content for various training programs.
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors; and make necessary improvements.
• Manage the annual training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of training programs.
• Develop team members’ skills and knowledge through effective mentorship and coaching.
• Regularly communicate with management and HR departments to determine training needs.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and development management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
