TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that support the company’s business objectives, employee growth, and operational requirements. The position will lead the development of a comprehensive training curriculum for Rose Bakeshop, covering the training needs and competency requirements of its various positions and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with the company’s goals and operational requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps and employee development needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for Rose Bakeshop, including training modules, learning materials, activities, and assessments.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs through classroom, on-the-job, virtual, and other learning methods.
• Collaborate with department heads and Operations to ensure training programs are relevant to actual business and store requirements.
• Develop training calendars and learning plans based on identified needs and priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support employee development, leadership development, and career growth initiatives.
• Maintain training records, reports, and other documentation.
• Stay updated on current Learning and Development practices, tools, and technologies.
• Lead and coordinate the Training Team and ensure effective implementation of training programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), former professor/instructor, or experienced trainer/facilitator is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, curriculum development, teaching, facilitation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, adult learning, and training evaluation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop training modules, learning materials, and assessment tools.
• Experience in retail, food service, bakery, hospitality, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to stores and other company locations as needed.

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
