We are looking for a Training and Development Officer who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement employee training and development programs

* Conduct training needs assessments and identify employee skill gaps

* Prepare training materials, presentations, and activities

* Facilitate onboarding and employee training sessions

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

* Maintain accurate training records and documentation

* Coordinate with department heads regarding training requirements

* Support employee development and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field

* With experience in training and development or HR is an advantage

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Good organizational and time-management skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

* Willing to work on-site in Mandaue City
