Training and Development Officer

Responsibilities :

• Conduct training need survey and prepare training need survey summary report
• Conduct training courses and employee development activities both in-house and/ or external facilitators as planned and Department of Skill Development (DSD) requirement
• Analyze and prepare monthly training reports
• Carrying out the current and future capability assessments and develop competencies matrix across the organization
• Facilitating learning intervention implementations
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM, HRD, Psychology Organization Development, Business Administration or any related field.
• Work Experience: 1-2 years experience in E-Learning. Training and Technical Training Background

Other Qualification:

• Fluent in English Writing Reading Speaking Listening
• Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivation Enthusiastic, result-focused, imitative to new ideas. teamwork and willing to lean
• Interpersonal Skills and Good Coordination
• Able to work multi-tasks simultaneously and under pressure
• Growth mindset and can do attitude.

Salary: Depend on Experience
