We are looking for a Training and Development Officer who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration, or any related field-Knowledgeable in training needs assessment,training design, facilitation, and evaluation.

• Able to develop training materials,presentations, modules, assessments, and otherlearning resources.

• Willing to do field work to observe and identifythe training needs

• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
