Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably an Allied course)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development (L&D), preferably within the BPO or Healthcare industry
- With a deep understanding of medical terminology, HMO products, and their processes; deal with internal and external clients effectively
- Deep understanding of medical terminologies, HMO accreditation processes, and patient eligibility verification.
- Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati
