About the Role

Our client, an AI data center operator in Jakarta, is looking for a Training Program Manager to coordinate specialist training from OEMs and technology partners and integrate it into the overall competency framework for its operations teams.

You will develop structured training plans and knowledge-transfer programs for L1, L2, and L3 support teams. The role also supports operational readiness and the transition from outsourced managed services to an internal customer operations team.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate specialist training with OEMs and technology partners.
• Integrate vendor training into the overall operational competency framework.
• Develop structured training plans, competency frameworks, and knowledge-transfer programs.
• Coordinate technical training across L1, L2, and L3 support teams.
• Identify skills gaps and work with technical leaders to prioritize training needs.
• Track training completion and competency development.
• Support service transitions through structured knowledge transfer and operational enablement.
• Maintain training materials, technical documentation, and knowledge management resources.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, Engineering, Data Center Operations, Training Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing technical training programs, knowledge management, service transition, or operational enablement.
• Preferably 8–10+ years of broader IT or data center experience, including 3–5 years in technical training or a related function.
• Experience developing training plans, competency frameworks, and knowledge-transfer programs.
• Understanding of L1, L2, and L3 technical support structures.
• Experience coordinating training with OEMs and specialist technical vendors.
• Experience transitioning from outsourced or managed services to internal customer operations is highly desirable.
• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good command of English (mandatory).
