Hitachi Energy

TrafoSchool is our global learning and development team for engineering. We focus on building skills, expertise, and career paths for engineers across all locations.
The team works closely with business, engineering experts, and external partners. Together, we design how people learn, grow, and develop in a global environment.
TrafoSchool is about more than training delivery.
It is about creating structured development, building competence, and shaping the future of engineering capabilities.
