Minimum Qualifications:

- With 2 years experience in training design, evaluation and measurement of training effectiveness.
- Proficiency with learning technologies, excellent communication, public speaking and strong facilitation skills.
- Has knowledge with the entire Training Cycle (ADDIE model).
- Competence in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and Canva.
- Can start asap.
