What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related HR function.
- Training facilitation or related certification is an advantage.
- Training Needs Analysis, Training Facilitation, Program Development, Communication & Presentation, Training Evaluation & Reporting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct training needs analysis based on employee and departmental requirements.
- Develop and coordinate training programs, learning materials, and development activities.
- Facilitate or coordinate training sessions with internal and external trainers.
- Monitor training effectiveness, attendance, completion, and employee feedback.
- Prepare training plans, reports, and recommendations for program improvement.
