Training and Development Specialist

• Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, handouts, and assessment forms.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Schedule training sessions and monitor employee attendance.
• Maintain and update training records and documentation.
• Collect and summarize training feedback and evaluation results.
• Support department heads in identifying training needs.
• Prepare training-related reports and updates.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Training and Development, Human Resources, or Administrative work.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and presentation skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or AI tools is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
