Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design & Delivery

This includes In-Person Instruction (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and Computer-Based Training (CBT).
- Program Execution: Design and conduct high-impact training and development programs aimed at elevating both individual and organizational performance.
- Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training curriculums, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and educational materials to ensure maximum retention and operational success.
Project & Stakeholder Management
End-to-End Coordination: Oversee all aspects of training and exercise support activities for government healthcare clients—including initial needs assessment, planning, execution, process improvement, and final reporting.
- Project Logistics: Manage project timelines, assign internal responsibilities, and monitor overall progress to ensure all deliverables fall strictly within scope and budget.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the central point of contact for technical, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to ensure seamless, cross-departmental compatibility.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven status reports and progress summaries for upper management.
- Team Growth: Actively identify resource gaps and hire new talent as needed to fulfill evolving client needs.

- Clearance: Must possess an active security clearance or have the ability to successfully obtain one.
- Military Background: A military background is required to effectively navigate the project environment.
Logistics
