Training and Development Specialist II

Description Prescient Edge is seeking a Training and Development Specialist II to support a Federal Government client.

Requirements Desired experiences :

• 6 years’ experience.
• Supports planning, coordination, and execution of MARCENT exercises; conducts after-action reviews; provides analytical support for training plans and readiness assessments.
• Experience with military training/exercise planning; understanding of the JELC process; ability to develop AARs and training analysis reports.

Desired Education

• High School Diploma

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required SECRET.
