Training and Development Specialist (LMS Administrator)

Note: This is Hybrid Setup (8 to 10 days onsite per month)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any degree. Preferrably related to Human Resources.
• Must be willing for Mid Shift (2 pm to 10 pm) work schedule
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Learning and Development Specialist, LMS Administrator, Training Specialist, or relevant role
• Strong experience in Learning Systems (LMS) - Workday or LinkedIn Learning
• Provide training Support - Must have ability to create creating job aids, instructional videos, and learning materials for different country and nationalities.
• Have exposure creating reports and provide analytics or historical data uploads.
• HR Operations for program coordinations, vendor accreditations, DE&I Training, Learning Events, Assessment, and global HR process documentation.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
