Training & Development Staff

Position Purpose

To design, implement, and continuously improve training and development programs that enhance employee competencies, support career growth, and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals to drive overall business performance.

Responsible :

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments
• Design and develop training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership)
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions (in-house or external vendors)
• Evaluate training effectiveness (pre & post assessment, feedback, ROI) Develop Individual Development Plans (IDP) for employees
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and Monitor employee competency development and training progress
• Ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives
• Manage training budget and vendor relationships Maintain training records and compliance documentation

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degrees in major: Management, Law, Psychology or related major
• Certification in T&D is an  advantage
• Minimum 3–5 years of  experience in Training &  Development / L&D
• Experience in designing and  delivering training programs

• Experience conducting internal training sessions Developing competency frameworks or training modules Involvement in performance management and talent development  programs
