What they need
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan yang relevan dengan Training & Development (Psikologi, Manajemen/HR, Ilmu Komunikasi, Teknologi Pendidikan, atau bidang terkait).
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Training & Development
- Memiliki kemampuan kuat dalam Training Need Analysis (TNA), desain kurikulum, delivery training, dan evaluasi hasil (Kirkpatrick).
- Memahami kompetensi kerja bidang sales, warehouse, delivery, dan operasional.
- Menguasai penyusunan modul pelatihan, IDP, competency framework, serta pembuatan materi digital (slide, microlearning, video pendek, kuis).
- Terbiasa membuat dashboard & laporan training serta memberikan rekomendasi improvement.
- Mampu berkoordinasi lintas departemen dan bersedia mobilitas ke cabang.
- Sertifikasi TOT/fasilitator menjadi nilai tambah.
- Komunikatif, detail, dan mampu bekerja multitasking.
