Training & Devevelopment Officer

We are looking for a Training and Development Officer to drive initiatives that improve employee performance, develop talent, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees and supporting career development and talent pipelines.
• Oversee learning and development programs, including training needs assessments, workshops, seminars, and e-learning activities.
• Process personnel movements such as regularization, promotion, upgrading, and other related employee actions.
• Analyze performance and HR data to identify trends, address development needs, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on performance management, talent management, and learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
