Training & Education Working Student

Assist in organizing educational events e.g. Siemens Talk.

Support the coordination and execution of internship programs, including Fit4Rail, Fit-Hack, and Tech4Rail.

Review training documents and materials to ensure quality and alignment with training documentation standards.

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating training courses database, administering training documentation, scheduling courses, and tracking user access or records.

Support documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks within the training and education team.

Desired Candidate Profile

3rd or 4th year undergraduate student preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.

Strong interest in learning and development, training framework, and technical education programs.

Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning tools is a plus.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Ability to work at least 3 days/week in the office.
