Training & Knowledge Manager

Overview

A global, Dutch-owned wireless electronics manufacturer specializing in earbuds, headphones, headsets, and related technologies is seeking a Training & Knowledge Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering technical training, developing learning content, and supporting knowledge management initiatives, along with hands-on experience with DECT or wireless technologies .

This role will serve as a technical subject matter expert across audio, video, wireless, and related technologies , while collaborating closely with global teams across Product Management, R&D, Sales, Customer Experience, and Technical Content .

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for employees, partners, and customer-facing support teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials, on boarding programs, digital learning modules, and up skilling content.
• Deliver training covering products, technologies, processes, and soft skills in collaboration with R&D, Product Management, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver technical training programs.
• Maintain and expand the online Knowledge Base, including FAQs, user manuals, product documentation, technical specifications, datasheets, and getting-started guides.
• Review technical content to ensure accuracy, relevance, clarity, and ease of use.
• Identify knowledge gaps and support continuous improvement of training and knowledge initiatives.
• Serve as a technical SME for products, technologies, and processes across internal teams.
• Stay current with AV, IT, wireless, audio/video, software, hardware, and collaboration technologies.
• Collaborate with global teams across Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Technical Content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of experience in training, technical support, knowledge management, customer support, product management, IT/AV support, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training and developing learning content.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware, software, AV, audio/video, communication, collaboration, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with enterprise audio/video solutions, DECT, wireless technology, or related communication technologies is highly desirable.
• Experience developing and maintaining training materials, technical documentation, and digital learning content.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video-based learning content.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written/verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning content.
• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams across multiple functions and time zones.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with VR/AR technologies is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a flexible hybrid environment.
