Training & Learning Development Manager

A leading property management company located in the Energy Corridor/West Houston area is seeking an experienced Training & Learning Development Manager to join their team. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with competitive compensation, excellent benefits, room for growth, and a great work environment. Starting compensation $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience. This position is hybrid after training - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate training, learning & development, or instructional design experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and train others on software and business systems.
• Proven experience facilitating engaging training programs and driving employee adoption, accountability, and performance.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or employee development platforms required; Grace Hill experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve employee training programs across the organization.
• Develop training materials, curriculum, and learning resources for both in-person and virtual audiences.
• Train employees on operational processes, systems, and technology platforms.
• Manage learning platforms, track training completion, and measure program effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and drive employee development initiatives.
