Training And Quality Manager

About the Role Reporting to the AVP of the AI/LLM Practice, you will deploy training curricula and quality assurance methodologies during project scoping and initiation. You will oversee the Asia TQM team to guarantee consistent policy implementation, manage live multi-client projects, and collaborate directly with global training, measurement, and assurance leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management : Monitor the Asia TQM team across all sites to enforce consistent client policies, prescribe KPI/KRA reporting methodologies, and lead root-cause analyses for missed metrics.
• Training Program Ownership : Manage the full training lifecycle (planning through evaluation), oversee new-hire coaching, support trainer certifications, and maintain a client-audit-ready documentation repository.
• Project Integration : Integrate formal project management practices into the GenAI/LLM TQM model during scoping, initiation, and process changes.
• Global Collaboration : Work alongside Global Training and Quality Managers to align learning lifecycles, advise local TQM Leads, and collaborate with the SWAT team to map assessment data to project performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, Linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with completed DMAIC projects you can walk through and quantify.
• 7+ years of operations or project management experience.
• 5+ years of training management and quality management experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• English language proficiency at or near CEFR C2 (written and verbal).
• Proven experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously, rapid ramps, and short-term engagements.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, charts, CONCATENATE, TEXTJOIN).

Good-to-Have

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in English.
• PMP or PRINCE2 credentials.
• ASQ credentials (CQA or CMQ/OE).
• Recognized Train-the-Trainer or Instructional Design certifications.
