  • Support Fall Training, Program Coordinator onboarding, staff training, and other learning events through materials, logistics, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Apply adult learning best practices and use participant feedback to improve training materials and effectiveness.

Chapter Resource & Workbook Management

  • Own the annual production, update, and maintenance of Chapter Workbooks, handbooks, checklists, coordinator resources, camp documents, and other Chapter-facing tools.
  • Coordinate with subject-matter experts to ensure resources reflect current policies, standards, processes, deadlines, and best practices.
  • Build and update Chapter Workbooks, including formulas, calculations, conditional logic, tracking structures, and other functionality.
  • Test Workbook formulas, calculations, links, permissions, and functionality; resolve errors and coordinate complex technical needs with Systems & Data.
  • Partner with Chapter Operations to ensure Workbooks support goal setting, budgeting, fundraising planning, program readiness, performance monitoring, and chapter intervention.
